This is a mod for Final Fantasy 14

Before playing this make sure you have the game installed and either a free trial or an active subscription. The manager will download the cusotm launcher you need, when that launcher is downloaded do not continue the mod install, click cancel and open the launcher, continue with the setup there, login to your account and make sure that works, close it then finish the install here.

Dependencies

Install these first when setting up the mod manually. The Mod Manager normally handles them automatically.

xivlauncher

Special setup

The Mod Manager can run these automatically. For manual installs, read this before installing.

After install

Install or update the XivAccess Dalamud plugin.

Why: Dalamud dev plugins live in XIVLauncher user data, outside the game installation.

Runs: files/scripts/Install-XivAccess.exe

Modifies: %APPDATA%\\XIVLauncher\\devPlugins\\XivAccess, dalamudConfig.json, and XivAccess-install-backups.

After uninstall

Remove the XivAccess Dalamud registration and installed plugin.

Why: The manager cannot remove files in XIVLauncher user data with game-folder copy actions.

Runs: files/scripts/Uninstall-XivAccess.exe

Modifies: %APPDATA%\\XIVLauncher\\devPlugins\\XivAccess, dalamudConfig.json, and XivAccess-install-backups.
